Order Cancellation Rights

The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day you receive the Goods or a third party you nominate (other than the carrier) takes possession of the Goods.

Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will process your refund no later than 14 days after receiving the returned Goods. We will issue the refund using the same method of payment used for the Order, and the order will be charged for the reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days.
• The Goods must be in their original packaging.

Exceptions:

The following items cannot be returned:

• Goods customized or personalized to your specifications.
• Goods that are perishable or have expired.
• Goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.
• Goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions at our sole discretion.

We recommend using an insured and trackable mailing service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. Refunds will not be issued without receipt of the Goods or proof of return delivery.
